Ad spend, treated with care

From the creative to the copy to the campaign setup, we run paid media that’s answerable to real numbers — leads, sales, and the cost of getting them — not vanity metrics.

We test, learn, and adjust every week. You get plain-English updates on what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re doing about it.

We focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search and Performance Max), and TikTok — the three platforms where small-business budgets actually return.

What You Get

Six pieces of ad spend that earns its keep

Every campaign pulls from these. We right-size to your budget and pick the platforms where your customers actually are.

01

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads

Full Meta Ads Manager setup, audience research, creative testing, and ongoing optimization. The platform most small businesses see results on first.

02

Google Search & Performance Max

Search campaigns for people actively looking for what you offer, plus Performance Max for the lower-funnel automation Google does well.

03

TikTok Ads Manager campaigns

For businesses whose customers actually use TikTok — restaurants, fitness, retail, creators. Native-feeling creative, not interruptive corporate ads.

04

Ad creative & copywriting

The ads themselves — written and designed in-house, in your brand voice. Multiple variations per campaign so we can test what actually works.

05

Pixel & conversion tracking

Pixels, tags, and conversion events installed across Meta, Google, and TikTok — so your reporting reflects real revenue events (purchases, leads, calls), not just clicks. Privacy-aware setup that survives iOS updates and cookie deprecation.

06

Weekly performance reporting

One short report each week: what's working, what isn't, and what we're changing. No jargon, no 30-page decks nobody opens.

How It Works

Four phases, watched closely

1

Discovery

You walk through our discovery questionnaire — we learn your customers, your offer, your margins. Then we map which platforms fit and which to skip.

2

Setup

Account audit, pixel and tracking install, creative production, audience builds, campaign structure. We build it right the first time, not patched together.

3

Launch

Campaigns go live in a controlled way — small budgets first, then we scale what proves out. No "spray $5K and pray" energy.

4

Optimize

Weekly reporting, weekly adjustments. We turn off what's losing, double down on what's earning, and tell you exactly why each time.

Who This Is For

The work fits if you're…

The business with real margin to invest

You have a product or service with healthy margins and you're ready to spend $500-$5,000/month on ads to bring more of the right customers through the door.

The owner who's burned by an agency before

You've paid for ads and got a deck full of impressions and "engagement" with nothing to show for it. You want someone who'll be honest about what's actually selling.

The brand testing a new offer or location

You're launching something new — a service, a product line, a second location — and you want to validate it with paid traffic before betting bigger.

Honest Scope

What's not included

So we both know upfront. None of these are dealbreakers — they're scope clarity.

  • We don't cover ad spend itself. Our fee covers the work; the ad budget is paid directly to Meta/Google/TikTok by you. Always your money, your account, your control.
  • We don't promise specific ROAS or revenue numbers. Ads move odds, they don't guarantee outcomes. Anyone promising "5x ROAS" before reviewing your business is selling you a story.
  • We don't run LinkedIn, Pinterest, or programmatic display. Our focus is Meta, Google, and TikTok where small-business budgets actually see returns. Other platforms can be discussed.
  • We don't fix offer-level problems with ads. If your product, pricing, or landing page is broken, paid media won't save it. We'll flag this before launch, not three months in.
Plain English

How ad spend actually works

Two separate things — our fee, and your ad budget. Here's the difference.

1. Your account, your card

You open (or already have) a Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads account under your own business. Your credit card is on file. Your name is on the invoice from the platform.

2. You give us partner access

You grant us permission to log in and manage campaigns on your behalf — we never put a card on file, we never own the account. Think of it as giving us a key to your shop, not transferring the deed.

3. The platforms charge you directly

When ads run, Meta or Google charges your card — not ours. You can pause, increase, or stop ad spend anytime, on your own account, without going through us.

Three separate money flows: you pay us our retainer (our work), you pay the platforms for distribution (your ads), and we never touch your ad budget. It keeps you in control and us focused on the work.
