Our commitment to making the site usable by everyone. Last updated June 22, 2026.
Traffel Media is committed to making this site usable for as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology like screen readers, keyboard navigation, or browser zoom.
The site is built to follow WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines as a target. That means: semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, sufficient color contrast on text, keyboard-navigable menus, focus indicators that are visible, and content that resizes cleanly up to 200 percent.
We're a small independent agency and haven't yet completed a full third-party accessibility audit. If you hit something on the site that doesn't work well with your assistive technology, we want to know about it — and we'll fix it.
Email hello@traffelmedia.com with a short description of what didn't work and which assistive technology you were using. We respond within seven business days and will work toward a fix as quickly as we can.
If you need any of the information on this site in a different format — for example, plain text, larger print, or a phone conversation — email us and we'll provide it.
